Terms of Service
Last updated September 5, 2026
These terms govern the use of Poolhaus, a service operated by Gazzini Ventures LLC, gazzini.com (“Poolhaus,” “we,” “us”), by pool service operators and by the customers who enter their details, receive texts, and pay invoices through poolhaus.com. By using Poolhaus you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
The service
Poolhaus lets operators keep customer records, log service visits with photos and a checklist, send invoices by text, and accept payments. Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor; Poolhaus retains a percentage of each payment as its fee. There is no subscription fee for the app.
Customer signup and saved cards
Customers can use an operator’s invitation link or QR code to enter their own contact and service-address details. Phone verification is optional. Consent to recurring service and invoice texts is a separate, optional checkbox; entering a phone number or verifying it does not grant that consent.
After signup, a customer may separately authorize saving one card for future payments to their operator. Saving a card does not charge it or enable automatic payments. Card details are entered in the payment processor’s hosted form. Poolhaus retains the provider reference, masked card details, and a record of the save authorization. This authorization is not permission to make a future charge.
Address suggestions can use OpenStreetMap data through Photon. When Google Maps provides suggestions, using them is also subject to the Google Maps Additional Terms of Service. Check the suggested address before saving; you can enter the details manually.
Operator responsibilities
Operators are responsible for the accuracy of the customer information and invoices they create, for having each customer’s permission to enter their mobile number, and for honoring any customer’s request to stop receiving texts.
SMS Terms: the Poolhaus text-message program
The full program terms are at SMS Terms & Conditions, with the SMS Privacy Policy.
Program name. Poolhaus Service & Invoice Alerts, sent by Gazzini Ventures LLC (Poolhaus) from a dedicated U.S. number.
Program description. When you opt in, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from Poolhaus: requested sign-in or phone-verification codes, and invoice and service texts (a link to view the completed service and pay, plus reminders for unpaid invoices) for an operator’s customers. Messages are transactional account notifications; Poolhaus does not send marketing or promotional texts.
How to opt in. Operators request a sign-in code in the app. Customers opt in to recurring service and invoice texts by checking the optional SMS consent box during web signup, or by agreeing after their operator asks and records that consent in the app. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Frequency. Message frequency varies with activity (sign-ins, service visits, invoices, and reminders).
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Poolhaus does not charge for texts; your carrier’s standard rates apply.
Opt out. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to the number that texted you. After you send STOP, we will send you a single message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive texts from us. If you want to join again, reply START. Opting out of sign-in codes may prevent an operator from signing in.
Help. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at support@poolhaus.com.
Carriers and eligibility. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. The program is available to mobile subscribers in the United States. You represent that you are the account holder or have authority to opt in the number you provide.
Privacy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. If you have any questions regarding privacy, please read our Privacy Policy.
Payments and refunds
Invoices are issued by the operator, not by Poolhaus. Questions about a charge or a refund go to the operator who performed the service; Poolhaus will help operators process refunds through the payment processor.
Disclaimer and liability
Poolhaus is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gazzini Ventures LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and its total liability for any claim is limited to the fees Poolhaus received from the operator in the twelve months before the claim.
